Hello White Horses in Mud Puddles"Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool," Isaiah 1:18, NASB.1. White Horses. Purely white horses are beautiful. Google says they are rare. White hair with white, pale, or pinkish skin, blue or brown eyes. These horses stay white their entire life. Saints are rare too. They are considered perfectly white as snow, God says. However, Saints are few and far between. When I say "Saint," I'm not speaking of the Catholic idea of Saint - a faulty doctrine for sure. The Bible teaches that anyone believing, repenting, confessing, and submitting to baptism to remission sins is a Saint. Take a look at Philippians 1:1. Saints are members of a local congregation. Anyone who is saved is a Saint. Saints can be hard to find, as I said. There are very few people who submit to the Lord's teaching of true salvation. To be a Saint one has to get off their couch and attend to God's plan of salvation. Others will have to forgo man-made doctrines and churches and submit to God's plan. Super few people are willing to admit their church is ultimately a man-made church with man-made beginnings. Look at Matthew 7:13-14. Jesus says few will make it to heaven. But Saints, you see, are white as snow, as purity is considered white.

2. Dirty White Horses. It's unfortunate but it's the truth. Saints sometimes get dirt, mud, grunge on themselves. This is because no one, not even a Saint, is perfect—Saints sin. Now, Saints don't make a lifestyle of sin; they don't want to sin; they want to be as pure as snow. They earnestly endeavor to serve their Lord Christ Jesus. But, when they sin, there is a spiritual dilemma. God wants pure, clean Saints, not dirty ones. So, what do Saints do who've stepped into sin - the spiritual mud puddle?3. They Get Washed Off. Praise be to God. Saints may wash off their sins in the blood of Jesus. 1 John 1:9 has this: "But if we confess our sins to him, he (God) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness." 1 John 2:1 follows with this: "My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous." Get that? Jesus pleads on our behalf to the Father. And the Father is pleased to forgive all our sins as we confess them. We are pure again! God is faithful in this. He will not let any of His Saints down - for that matter, He keeps all His promises to everyone, including condemnation and hell, blessings, and heaven.Tip: If you sin as a Christian, confess and again be as white as snow. If you believe but haven't repented or publicly confessed Jesus as Lord, and been baptized to remove your sin, you need to find a member of the church of Christ to help you find purity.Prayer: Gracious Father. How great is Your mercy! How great is Your salvation! You offer salvation to all, every soul on the planet. Yet, so few take the time to listen to Your message. And those who have accepted Your offer can have their subsequent sin removed by confessing and relying on Jesus. What kindness! What marvelous love! What an awesome God You are! We follow You, O Lord. Forgive us our sin. Blessed be Your holy Name. In Your Son's Name, we pray. Amen!
