Hello . We can't hide from the ol' debil'.

But I fear that somehow your pure and undivided devotion to Christ will be corrupted, just as Eve was deceived by the cunning ways of the serpent. NLT, 2 Corinthians 11:3.

We can't hide from the debil'.

He seems to be everywhere at the same time. He has power for sure. He is, after all, a fallen angel, and angels have lots of power. And he is man's enemy just as he is our Father's enemy. He seeks whom he may devour, according to 1 Peter 5:7. Fact is, he's prowling around us right now. We just can't hide from the debil'.

What then could we ever do?

We can put our souls (that is), our noses in the book of salvation, the Bible. The debil' gets mighty scared when we align ourselves with the Father, Matthew 8:29. The more we pray, the less he's going to hang around. And that debil' gets beside himself when we meditate on our Father's word.

Jesus has overcome the debil'.

The debil's greatest weapon us is the fear of death, Hebrews 2:14, but Jesus destroyed the works of the debil'. Hebrews 2:14. So now, even though our bodies perish, we have our resurrection ahead of us, and when we pass, we who accepted God's way of salvation will be comforted in paradise, Luke 16:22. Jesus is our ultimate victory against our spiritual foe, that ol' debil'.Tip: Don't go near the debil'. He'll eat you.Father, You are worthy of our highest praise. You are magnificent beyond our greatest imagining. And we thank You, Father, for every good gift in our possession. Much more then, we thank You we're not ripped apart by our foe. Thank You for protecting us and guiding us. We walk with You all the home, Father. Bless You, Father, bless You. In Your Son's name we pray. Amen.
