"Serve the LORD with jubilation; Come before Him with rejoicing." NASB, Psalm 100:2.
We serve our God with gladness!
We gladly give the Lord our hearts and hands, minds, and feet. Our God is an awesome God and a loving Father. Therefore, we will serve the Lord with gladness! Slide material for a Heart for Service.
Just what is the Bible definition of service?
Service in the Old Testament means being someone's worker and servant. Now, in the New Testament, service means worshiping and offering ourselves to the Lord to do His will.
We serve from our heart!
When one considers everything Jesus has done for us, doing the impossible for us that we're not able to, saving our souls, and making a heavenly home for us, then from the heart, we desire to give back, to render grateful service. This giving back comes from a humble and thankful heart.Tip: Live in love, in the love He gives us!Our great Father, lover of souls, the planner of eternity, the One who offers eternal salvation. What wondrous love You have shown to man! How abundant is life with You? We walk each day by Your grace, and by Your love, we love You. It is by Your god-powerful-goodness that we live and hope for the reality of heaven. You are our God and our Father. We thank You for Your love! In Your Son's Great Name! Amen!
