In life, what is it we want?
We all want pretty much the same things. We want the best for our children; we want to laugh and play. We want safety, peace, security, and love. But, most of all, we want a home in heaven! Slide material for Having Your Desires.
Where can we find all this?
We find all of this only in the Lord. So we're not talking about physical desires; we're talking spiritual desires. All of the roles we play and their desired outcomes are covered between the pages of the Bible.
It takes action.
Our heavenly Father offers joy beyond description, but there's only one thing separating us from it. It's action. We don't receive heaven and its joys but by doing as our Father wills in this life, Matthew 7:21.Tip: Do Godly things in Godly ways to experience the joy of heaven!Our great and holy Father, giver of all satisfaction and inexpressible joy, it is by Your design that we should be able to come before You in prayers and thanksgiving. You are more than extraordinary in Your works, plans, and salvation. You offer the sacrifice of Your Son to all, everywhere. Your love for us is fantastic, and we so thank You for Your blessings each day. Till we reach heaven, Father, we walk in Your will! In Your Sons' name, amen!
