oday, we’re talking about glory.
“The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.”
NLT, Hebrews 1:3.
Glory.
Our Father is majestic, kingly, and He is the supreme ruler. He is the absolute perfection of deity. I often wonder what would happen if I were to see His glory. I recall Moses was honored to see it. What a fortunate man he was.Is God glowing like Jesus at the transfiguration? Is our Father so bright we can't bear to look at Him? What will He be like in heaven? Revelation 22:5 has it there's no need for the sun because the Lord God will illuminate heaven. Yet, verse 4 of the same chapter shows that we will see His face.I'm excited about being there and seeing the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit! Oh, by the way, God says He will give us glory, Romans 2:10. Glory, honor, peace. From our Father. What amazing things await us there!
