T
oday, we're talking about ancient paths.
"No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish," ESV, Luke 13:3.

Repentance
To change the mind for the better is to repent. It's to amend our ways so we may never commit that sin again. It's a simple concept, but many people refuse to repent. It's not because they don't know what they've done is sinful; folks want to continue their sin or are too embarrassed to admit to themselves that they're not the person they need to be.Non-repentance comes with dire consequences. First, it's spiritual death, which means permanent separation from God. Second, our repentance carries a heartfelt trust that believes God's promise of forgiveness and, afterward, yields a peaceful heart. You can look at the Bible material for our topic and listen to the audio.Garland Van Dyke[email protected]www.biblepoints.org/bible-points
