Take Care of Your Soul!
I'm prone to sinusitis, and when that happens, I head to the doc to check out my sinus pain (TMI?). But here's the deal, though. Our soul needs caring for, just like our body and mind. So don't dump the world on your soul. You wouldn't dump garbage on your body, so don't do it to your soul. Instead, nurture your soul. Today.And how is that done? Fill your soul with the fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23.
