Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. Ephesians 1:3, NASB.
He Is There All The Time!
Philippians 4:5, NASB tells us the Lord is near. Hebrews 13:5, NASB has this, for He Himself has said, "I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU," We could continue bringing out verses that state our Father, the Lord, and the Holy Spirit is always with us. And that brings tremendous joy and peace.Joy?Oh absolutely. Before salvation, our souls were leprous. We've all experienced that. If one could view their soul and see the horrible disease affecting us, we would run up to Jesus, just as the lepers did in the New Testament, and beg Him to make us clean. And He would, of course. And, of course, our souls are pristine after salvation. We then know from whence we came, where we are currently, and where we are going. That's never to be taken from us. Our promise, given by our righteous Father, is to go home. And He is walking with us all the way to heaven.Peace?Psalm 73:23, NASB, teaches that our Father holds our right hand! Like a child, we know He will take care of us. And, like a child, we have the peace of heart that no one, not a Christian, may understand. No one takes that away from us. We are always walking home on our journey.
