Difficult Choices!
Sometimes, as Christians, we have to make difficult choices. What about dancing, for example? What does the Bible say about that? Or gambling or modest clothing. How do we know what to do when the topic may not be specified in the Scriptures? Well, we know that we do what the Lord commands. There are commands like "Do this" and "Don't do that." We can do those (or not do those as commanded). And we see examples in the New Testament of things God approves. One of these is coming together for worship on the first day of the week. So we get that and strive to follow our Lord's directions. But how do we decide what to do when facing those difficult things? By His nature and character, what would Jesus do? That's the answer, and He would indeed glorify the Father.
You can see the Bible material for our topic here.
