Did you know that some people who profess belief in Jesus rarely, if ever, open their Bibles? I'm not sure one can get to heaven without knowing that book. After all, it gives us directions to get home to our Father - think of the prodigal son coming home, for example. But if we are prodigal people, we need the Bible to get us where we want to go.
