Hello,
You Know The Lord Wept
"When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it," NASB, Luke 19:41.

You Know The Lord Wept!
He wept when He saw Jerusalem like sheep without a shepherd. As God, He knew the Romans would destroy the city and kill many people.
He wept because the people of God's heritage would be lost.
He wept at Lazurus' death. He cried because He loved His friend very much.
He sympathized with Martha and Mary, Lazurus' sisters.
Perhaps He cried because He knew that Lazarus would arise, yet many of the lost would rise to eternal damnation.
Jesus cried for His own self, too. The night in Gethsemane was awful. You can feel His anguish, the sweat as drops of blood.
He cried because He was about to undergo unbelievable torture,
He cried because of death by crucifixion.
He cried, no doubt, at the mockery He would face. He was God, after all.
He wept because He, God, would learn obedience as a man.
He wept because His anxiety was overtaxing His tormented emotions, His body soon to be destroyed, and the mental anguish of His ordeal.
Yet, He did all of this so that man could live Him forever.
