Hebrews 2:12, saying, “I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.”
You enjoy praising God. After all, you're a child of the Most High, if you've been baptized to wash away your sins (Acts 2:38). Jesus said in Matthew 15 that some folks offer useless worship - worship that is not accepted by God.
Our Father said He wants worship from the heart, making melody there, upward to Him. So, we sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16). We give our Creator songs of heart that tell of His greatness. What joy we feel as we offer His name up in song!Blessings, my friend!
