Hello , 3 Spiritual Promises by Jesus...This is good stuff!2 Peter 1:4 And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. NLT
Life and life eternal. John 1:3. Everything was made through him, and nothing was made without him. Matthew 16:25. Any of you who try to save the life you have will lose it. But you who give up your life for me will find true life. ERV
Acceptance. John 6:37. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.
Reward. Mark 10:29-31 "Yes,” Jesus replied, “and I assure you that everyone who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or property, for my sake and for the Good News, will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life. But many who are the greatest now will be least important then, and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then.”
Are these promises significant to you? Prayer: Father You have given us precious promises through Your Son Jesus. May they never become common to us. May we always be grateful for life and life eternal. Thank You Father for accepting us even when we were Your enemies, covered with the corruption that is in the world. And the promised reward? This thought is too high. We cannot attain to it. None-the-less the imagination of heaven with the Saints fills us with the greatest hope and desire. In Your Son's Name, Amen.
