Hello , This Is About You!Are You Worth Dying For?John 3:16 - For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. NLT.
1. You once were, or are now, rebelling against God. Sins of immorality, greed, covetousness, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, anger, outbursts of wrath, are just some of the sins you have accumulated. Perhaps you've been drunk, engaged in sensual partying, or satisfied your lustful pleasures. Even if you consider yourself a "good" person you've lived your life to self and not to God. Are you worth dying for?
2. God reaches out to you through Jesus and the Bible. If you haven't already, it's up to you to reach toward God, accepting His offer of eternal life. Will you choose to accept this offer or will you ignore Him yet again? You know where you stand before the Almighty. Really, are you worth dying for?
3. Apparently you are worth dying for. Jesus was beaten, mocked, scourged, and crucified because of your sins (mine too). He took your place for the punishment of your sins. You may be the one who is missing from God's family, right now, even as you read this. Many have understood their place before God and accepted His gracious offer of salvation. You can too! If you want to. Do you think you are worth dying for?
Tip: For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body. 2 Corinthians 5:10. NLT. Prayer: Father, to die without You. What an eternal waste of life, what misery and despair. What hellacious torment! Yet, Father, You ensure that anyone, everyone, can be in Your eternal family, to live with You in heaven. How great is Your grace. How low and sinful we humans are before You. Yet, You've determined Your creation is worth saving! Thank You, Father, a thousand times over, thank You! Truly, in Your Son's Name, we pray. Amen Blessed Father. Amen.
