Hello , Really Want Heaven?“He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn’t live in man-made temples, and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need. Acts 17:24-25. NLT.

1. God is there. A family of three is only one family. There are three individuals in the family, but only one family. God in heaven means there is one God but three personalities, three persons. To say that God is in heaven is to say the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are in heaven. Scripture says God is light (1 John 1:5). That means purity. There's no darkness or shadow. There is nothing impure about heaven. Anything that sickens the soul, mind, heart, or body is not in heaven. I would want to live in a perfect place where everything is in perfect harmony.

2. The Journey. We have to go through the steps here to get to the perfect place there. This world we live in wages war against our soul. We just can't afford to let Satan win. Peter tells us to keep away from worldly desires (1 Peter 2:11). As God is pure we too must be pure. Where we fail, we ask God for forgiveness. Don't get discouraged. Don't leave the church. Don't go back to the world. Don't be anti-Christ. Be pro-Christ. The journey is long and often hurtful but we have so much help to get there. It's all in the Bible!

3. Really Worth It? It's worth it if you consider the following:

a. You get to live with Godb. You have access to the water of life and tree of lifec. You are living in the most perfect "world"d. You are living in a most wondrous citye. You are living where nothing on earth that hurt you will hurt youf. You recognize your loved ones thereg. You get to meet with every Old Testament sainth. You get to serve GodI. You live in a place where time does not existj. You live in a place where there are no days or nightsk. You will bask in the glory He gives youl. You get to meet with every New Testament saintm. You get to see wondrous entities (angels and so forth)n. You are blessed beyond imagination

Tip: You should do what you can to get to heaven! Prayer: Our glorious Father in heaven, You are worth everything we have to be with You. Father, You are worth our very existence. We owe You our life, physical, and spiritual. We owe You our life in total service. Forgive us our trespasses, Father. We long to be clothed with everlasting life, with You, in heaven. Amen! Surely, Amen!
