Hello , God Hates ThisI do not spend time with liars or go along with hypocrites. Psalms 26:4. NLT.
1. Hypocrite! A hypocrite is a pretender. The Scribes and Pharisees were noted as hypocrites in Jesus' day. He pronounced seven woes upon them in Matthew 23. Jesus declared these woes upon them while in the temple where a large number of people were gathered. To say this to religious leaders of the day in a public forum is a scathing rebuke. Jesus ends His discourse, saying they would not escape the fire of Hell.
2. Not For Me! Don't be hypocritical. Don't pretend to be a Christian. Be a Christian for real. Have the zeal of the first century Christians. Confess Jesus boldly and publicly. Live a life worthy of His sacrifice. God calls us to salvation through the gospel which you have heard, that gospel made possible through the death of our Savior. Someone actually died for you, Jesus the Christ, and your Lord. Live a life pleasing to God. Would you do that today and each day?
3. Result! There will be glory, honor, and peace given in heaven to those who seek these things, to those who choose to do God's will with an impassioned heart. Jesus publicly called the Scribes and Pharisees snakes and vipers. He told them they would end in Hell's fire of judgment. Choose the result you want, blessings or fire.
Tip: Live rightly before God all your days.Prayer: Our God and Father in heaven. Let us see whatever hypocrisy may be in us. Let us remove the beam from our own eyes so that we may truly, humbly, help remove the speck in others' eyes. Let us not judge harshly. Let us judge righteously. May we have the zeal of our first-century brethren. May we live worthy of the death of our Savior and Lord. Thank You, O God. Thank You. By You Son's Authority, we make this prayer. Amen.
