**The Lord Shine His Face On You**
**Numbers 6:25**
“ The LORD make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you.”
Has anyone ever spoken these words to you? If so, did you get a rush from hearing them? How awesome it must feel to hear the words from another’s lips. You know, we can uplift others with this verse. Try it. As we exit the church building, how about slowing down just a bit, putting a hand on your brother’s shoulder, and repeating these words?
The words were spoken by Aaron, the High Priest, to the Hebrews. It was to them, but it holds meaning for us. Consider the following.
Each line builds:
“Bless you and keep you” — God’s provision and protection
“Shine His face upon you” — His presence and favor
“Be gracious to you” — His undeserved kindness
“Lift up His face toward you” — His personal attention and care
“Give you peace” — deep wholeness, not just absence of trouble
Now ask yourself this question. Doesn’t our Father say the same to His children today?

When you go to sleep, you do so in His love for you. When you wake up, you do so in His love for you. You are His, and you are loved all day long.
Blessings, friend!
